      Solvari HubSpot Integration: Setup Documentation

      This document provides a step-by-step guide to help you set up and start using the Solvari HubSpot Integration.

      Prerequisites

      Before starting, ensure you have:

      1. An active Solvari account with API access.
      2. An active HubSpot account with permissions to install and authorize apps.

      Step 1: Install the Integration

      1. Access the Solvari HubSpot Integration by visiting the ‘/install’ endpoint. This could be a URL provided by us or available on our website or the HubSpot Marketplace page.
      2. You will be redirected to HubSpot for OAuth authorization.

      Step 2: HubSpot OAuth Authorization

      1. Log into your HubSpot account if prompted.
      2. You will see an authorization screen asking for permissions to access your HubSpot account. Review the permissions requested, and click on “Authorize” to allow the integration.

      Step 3: Solvari API Authorization

      1. After successful authorization, you’ll be redirected to the ‘/oauth-callback’ endpoint. Here, the app provides instructions for the next steps.
      2. Log into your Solvari account, enable API, and copy the provided secret.

      Step 4: Configure Settings in the App

      1. Paste the Solvari API secret into the corresponding field in our app.
      2. Configure your preferred task settings such as the assignee, priority, and task interval in seconds.
      3. Submit the form

        Step 5: Set Up the Webhook in Solvari

        1. The app generates a unique webhook URL. Copy this URL.
        2. Log into your Solvari account and navigate to the settings where you can set up webhooks.
        3. Paste the copied WebHook URL into the appropriate field in Solvari.

        Step 6: Verify Setup

        1. Verify that the setup is working by creating a test lead in Solvari.
        2. Check if the new lead information appears as a new contact and task in your HubSpot account.

        You have now successfully set up the Solvari HubSpot Integration. With this, your Solvari leads will automatically sync with HubSpot, and tasks will be created with the selected settings.
